SafeGlow Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

 

1. Shipment Processing Time

 

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after [2:00 PM] AEST will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

  • Tracking Number: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

  • Our Carrier Partners: We primarily ship via [e.g., Australia Post, Sendle, FedEx].

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

 

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO: We do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, Express Shipping may not be available for these locations.

6. Damages, Loss, and Delayed Delivery

 

  • Damages: SafeGlow is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, you must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide clear photos of the damage.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Delays: SafeGlow is not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier backlogs.
