1. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for "change-of-mind" returns, starting from the date your SafeGlow product is delivered.
Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns:

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The product must be in "as-new" condition, meaning it is unused, undamaged, and capable of being resold.

Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and cables must be included and intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items (Change-of-Mind):

Shipping and handling fees paid on the original order.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Any product that shows signs of use, installation, or physical damage.
2. Returns for Faulty or Defective Products (Warranty)
If your SafeGlow product is faulty, damaged upon arrival (DOA), or fails to operate as described, your return will be covered under our standard product warranty, regardless of the 30-day limit.

Remedy: For faulty products, SafeGlow will cover the return shipping costs and will offer you a repair, replacement, or full refund at your preference (where required by local consumer law).

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, power surges, incorrect installation, or failure to follow operating instructions.
3. The Return Process
To initiate any return (change-of-mind or faulty product), you must follow these steps:

Packaging: Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the product box itself) and securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Processing
